Welcome to YourBoxPrinting.com. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of the YourBoxPrinting.com site. By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with YourBoxPrinting.com for products and services and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms and conditions whenever you use this site.
By using our website you agree and acknowledge that it is strictly prohibited to copy or publish any of the content, graphics, images, illustrations, text, data and software available on this website without our written consent.
Kindly make sure if you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the respective company. In the event of any billing dispute regarding orders placed by me on behalf of another company, I agree that I will be held legally responsible for payment.
Please note that all prices and amounts shown on this Site are in USD Dollars. Unless otherwise notified.
All online purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods.
- Cash, personal and company checks, money orders or All Credit Cards.
- All orders for new customers require a 100% deposit upon placing an order.
Prices published at the YourBoxPrinting.com website are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort will be made to notify clients of price increases in advance.
Quotations, either emailed or faxed, will be honored for up to 30 days after the quotation date.
Published prices at the YourBoxPrinting.com website are based on clients supplying digital files in print-ready format. Files not supplied as such may be subject to additional cost.
YourBoxPrinting.com will only provide 72 DPI (Low Resolution) artwork design files prior to placement of order. Once the order has been placed, 300 DPI (High Resolution) print-ready files will be provided for approval.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED DESIGN FILES
Please note that all the design files or artwork files must be provided in CMYK format with 300 DPI high resolution for best printing quality and resolution. Failure to do so can result into pixelated and fuzzy images. YourBoxPrinting.com will not be held responsible for distorted or blurry images printed due to the customer provided low resolution artwork files.
We strictly recommend 300 DPI High Resolution files for clear and crisp image print quality.
PROOFING & COLOURING
Please ensure for full color printing jobs, clients must always provide images and graphics in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black) format. We are not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB (Red, Green and Blue) or Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.
Please note that PDF proofs are not to be considered 100% color accurate due to variances in individual computer screens.
YourBoxPrinting.com can only cancel the order prior to the printing/shipment. Once the ordered products entered in the shipping process, we are not entitled to cancel it. Orders are cancelable during the different production stages but charges will be applied during different stages. Our representatives will guide you of these cancellation charges.
Stage 1: All the orders which are placed online
Stage 2: Orders which are processed in our graphic department
Stage 3: Orders which have been sent to the production
Stage 4: Orders sent and collected by the couriers and shipped
All orders can be cancelled at 1st stage only.
Orders which are cancelled in 1st stage, you will be charged $20 plus 5% of the total amount to cover admin cost (bank charges, processing & graphic fees).
Orders that cancelled during 2nd stage, 25% of the total amount shall be deducted to cover up all expense charges.
Once the order enters in 3rd stage, we cannot guarantee order cancellation. If the customer still intends to cancel the order after the job is sent to the production, he is entitled to pay at least 50% of the total order amount as a cancellation charges to cover up the production (setup) expenses.
Finally, the order cannot be cancelled once it entered the shipping process.
All orders are custom made and print on demand but we will be happy to refund our customers if they are not happy with the quality of the products. YourBoxPrinting.com reserves the right to rectify defective work by reprinting as well.
YourBoxPrinting.com reserves the right to rectify defective work by reprinting. Customers should inform YourBoxPrinting.com within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, missing items and damage in the final delivered order with digital pictures of the defective products.
YourBoxPrinting.com will not be held responsible for any claims for defects, damage or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
All defective work must be returned (at their own expense) within 15 business days to us before replacement, if the subject work is not available we will assume that it has been accepted and no replacement will be provided.
No returns will be accepted without prior written return authorization from YourBoxPrinting.com
Please note that a 15% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders plus a $10.00 charge to cover administration costs. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL PROOFS APPROVAL
Please note that all print jobs begin only after a proof approval is received for all documents and artwork that comprise a print job. PDF proofs are delivered via email at no additional cost. Alternatively, a digital hard copy proof can be shipped to you for an additional fee. Please read thoroughly as all proofs, once passed, are deemed correct and ready to go to print, and the responsibility passes to the customer. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, viewing, spelling, punctuation, contact details or layout. We will not commence print until we have received a copy of the final proof with a written confirmation to go to print either by email, fax or post.
MISTAKES & ERRORS
YourBoxPrinting.com is not responsible for any errors and omissions approved by the Client. The client is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the client or artwork created by YourBoxPrinting.com.
YourBoxPrinting.com is always dedicated to print most jobs within 10-12 working days of receipt of job (not including the day the job is received). If a proof is required, turnaround time begins after the proof is approved (not including the day the proof is approved). Please add one additional working day for standard bindery, folding, or assembly. Please note that turnaround time excludes weekends and holidays.
Special rush deliveries can usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges. Rush service requires approval in advance by client. Rush services will incur an additional charge in accordance to the size and complexity of the job.
YourBoxPrinting.com cannot be held responsible for any customs and excise charges that may occur from the import or export of your goods.
DAMAGED & LOST SHIPMENT
All the customers are fully responsible for checking all the packages delivered to them for any prominent signs of damages or missing items prior to accepting the delivery from the courier. In the case of missing products or damage, the customer should inform the delivery courier & YourBoxPrinting.com. All the damaged and missing product claims should be made within 3 business days of receiving the package otherwise YourBoxPrinting.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage if not informed within the given deadline.
YourBoxPrinting.com is not responsible for any third party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
You acknowledge & fully agree that you shall indemnify and defend YourBoxPrinting.com and all parties from whom YourBoxPrinting.com has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall YourBoxPrinting.com including its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates and subcontractors will be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with any use of our website or with any delay or inability to use our website, or for any information, software, data, products or services obtained through our website, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall YourBoxPrinting.com be liable or responsible to you for any damages, losses and causes of action including but not limited to negligence, arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. REFERENCES AND LINKS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF INDEPENDENT COMPANIES MAY APPEAR ON THE SITE. YourBoxPrinting.com always tends to provide excellent service to our customers and also love to get feedback from customers in order to serve them better. All complaints must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the job. Print jobs with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next print run at no charge to the client, at the discretion of YourBoxPrinting.com. YourBoxPrinting.com sole liability shall be limited to reprinting of the order. Unsatisfactory orders as a result of Client errors will be reprinted at a reduced rate.
